The Office Managers will assist you in your apartment needs, including: maintenance requests and lease renewals. The halls are cleaned on a bi- weekly basis. Please help by keeping the area clean and trash free. From time to time, you will see other team members throughout the buildings and property, so, please let us know if we can be of assistance.
Your rent is due on the 1st of each month, and fees for late payments apply. If no one is in the office to accept your rent money, please use the drop-box.
We want to make your life here as comfortable as possible. We look forward to having an opportunity to chat with you, so please stop in and see us.
